Hatcher & Sons are very pleased to be involved in the Disabled Facilities Grant contract with Lincolnshire County Council, we cover the following Districts within this contract: North Kesteven, South Kesteven, City of Lincoln, Boston Borough & South Holland. We are on a reactive contract of Level Access Shower alterations, External Paths and Ramps, External Handrails, New Level Access Door sets including structural alterations.

We have been involved in Fire Risk Assessment Works for a Local authority which has involved replacement fire doors, fire stopping and replacement Bin Stores.

We have long standing relationships with all of the Local authorities who have seen D Hatcher & Sons evolve and grow as a forward thinking, problem solving family owned construction company.

Cogglesford Mill – Maintenance of the Waterwheel:

We are delighted to be the maintenance partner with NKDC for the waterwheel at Cogglesford Mill which keeps the wheel, motor and machinery working and enables the Wheel to be used in the flour making process, for milling days, open days as a wonderful local attraction.
